New Items

Due to the nature of luxury resale, vintage, and custom refurbished items, all sales at Ayer are final.

Each piece is carefully inspected, authenticated when applicable, photographed, and described in detail prior to listing. Please review all photos and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Fit or personal preference

• Minor signs of wear consistent with vintage or pre-owned items

• Buyer’s remorse

Exceptions:

A return or refund may be considered only if:

• The item received is materially different from its description, or

• The wrong item was sent

In these rare cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a written explanation. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If a return is approved:

• The item must be returned in the same condition as received

• All original packaging, tags, and inclusions must be intact

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Custom Refurbished & One-of-a-Kind Items:

All custom refurbished and made-to-order pieces are strictly final sale and non-refundable. Due to their unique nature, these items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Authenticity & Condition Acknowledgment:

All items sold by Ayer are either authenticated through trusted sources or carefully vetted through Japan’s luxury resale standards. By purchasing, you acknowledge that pre-owned and vintage items may show signs of wear consistent with age and prior use.

Chargebacks & Disputes:

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes made without first contacting Ayer may result in account restrictions and permanent purchasing bans.

We retain all shipping confirmations, signature records, photographs, and transaction documentation for dispute resolution.

Any item showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage after delivery will be ineligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
